Booking your appointments is about to get a whole lot easier.
We're thrilled to announce our switch to a new, streamlined booking system: AutoMed

Starting Thursday 11 June 2026, we will be transitioning to AutoMed, a new and improved booking system designed to make your experience faster, simpler, and more convenient.

How To Get Started
Manage your appointments on the go with the free AMS Connect mobile app.

1. Download the app:
Search for "AMS Connect" in your app store or click the links below
Apple Devices
Android Devices
2. Get Started: Open the app and select "Get Started."
3. Find our clinic: Search for "Bakers Family Medical Centre" and tap "Select."
4. Register: Complete a one-time registration by accurately entering your details and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.
5. Verify your account: Enter the verification code sent to you via SMS.
6. Set your security: Create a PIN for extra security. You can also use your phone's biometrics (fingerprint or face ID) to open the app.
Once registered, you'll see the app's home page. From there, you can view and manage existing appointments or book new ones for you and your family.
